We ask all our clients to fill out a confidential consultation form and ask for these to be filled out honestly as some treatments and products may not be suitable for certain medical problems.

Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased online or over the telephone. they are valid for six months.

The client can select either a monetary amount, specific treatments, packages or day spas.

The voucher can be sent in the post or electronically. 

The voucher can be used over multiple visits within the six months.

It is really important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy.

However, we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you, including our specific pregnancy massage which is suitable during any stage of pregnancy.

Appointments can be made over the telephone, via email, or through our online booking system.

Please note group bookings and packages must be made over the telephone or email.

Patch tests are required to check for any potential reactions and are also legally required due to insurance purposes.

Deposits are required for spa day and group bookings only.

We require  24 hours’ notice to cancel any bookings, if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours a 50 percent fee will be charged.

We always advise regardless of the season to bring along with you some form of open-toed sandals or flip flops, to allow maximum drying time for your nail polish.

Free on street parking is available directly outside the spa.

Mobile phones are allowed in the salon, but we kindly ask that they be turned to silent to respect everyone’s relaxation time. 

You can relax before and after your treatments in our peaceful relaxation area, where we provide a selection of tea, coffee, herbal tea and hot chocolate.
